Choose the channel
If mailing a card, check the recipient’s address and allow time for delivery. If sending a digital copy, print to PDF from your browser and review the file before sharing. A saved PDF is a document you control; this card maker does not email the result or keep a copy for you.
Keep the design legible
A short greeting and high-contrast motif are easier to read on a phone screen and in a small physical print. If the recipient might print the card, avoid assuming they have a color printer. Leave enough white space for a handwritten addition after printing when the format allows it.
Add a personal line
The generic greeting can introduce a note about a shared memory, a plan to talk, or something you appreciate today. If the card is attached to a message, write that personal line in the message body. Avoid putting private details on a card that other people might see during delivery or at a shared printer.
Confirm the result
For mail, check the final folded or flat size against your envelope before sealing it. For a PDF, open the saved file and inspect every page. A quick read-back catches truncated lines and accidental blank sheets, giving the recipient the note you intended.

If the recipient is likely to open the file on a phone, test the saved PDF on your own phone before sending it. Zoom out to see whether the headline still stands out, then zoom in to check the names. If mailing, write a short personal line on the back of the finished card. The extra note gives the printed design a clear sender.
